Dr. Christian Strahberger

Christian is a C-level industrial executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience in technology-driven manufacturing. He has carried full P&L responsibility of > €500m as Head of Division in an Electronics Packaging Company, served as CTO in that same company, as Head of a Front End semiconductor manufacturing business, as CEO of a Machine Building Company (semiconductor BU order intake +300%), as CEO of a Marine Propulsion OEM (market share 26% → 36%) and as CEO of a Hydropower / Industrial Group subsidiary (turnaround, +20 pp EBIT, Group Gold Award).

His career started in industrial consultancy after a PhD in Semiconductor Physics from TU Munich (summa cum laude).

He sits on the board of ZVEI Electric Drive Systems, was a member of multiple VDMA boards, and is a trusted voice in the German power-electronics community.
